    The two key restaurant and bar facilities within Hotel ICON, which opened in 2011 in Kowloon, Hong Kong. ‘Above & Beyond’ is a sophisticated private members’ facility on the 28th floor, including a library bar, Chinese restaurant, banqueting room, board room and private dining rooms.  ‘The Market’ is an informal open-plan buffet restaurant on the second floor, offering a wide selection of pan-Asian and Western foods.

    Hotel ICON was voted the third best hotel in China and Hong Kong in the international Travellers’ Choice Awards 2013.

    This international private members club is located on the 37th floor of the Mori Ark Hills Tower in Tokyo and displaying a unique collection of paintings, models and tapestries by the architect Le Corbusier.  The club is entered through a gallery that opens onto an axial route linking a series of western and Japanese restaurants and private dining rooms.

    The Ark Hills Spa is located at the base of the tower providing a pool, gym and treatment rooms, as well as a deli and restaurant.

    The interior design of a 5,000m2 private members club on the 51st floor of the Mori Tower, including 17 restaurants and bars with 360 degree views of the Tokyo skyline.  Also, the interior design of the 1,700m2 Roppongi Hills Spa at the base of a residential tower, including pool, gym and treatment rooms.

  4. Boundary Hotel, London

    Housed in a Victorian industrial building in Shoreditch, The Boundary comprises a 17-bedroom boutique hotel, a roof garden with bar and grill, a basement fine dining restaurant as well as a café and food store at street level.

    The existing mansard was demolished and replaced with two new floors housing duplex bedrooms including double height living spaces and bed-decks above, clad in patinated green copper and timber brise soleil.

    Boundary is glamorous yet edgy and accessible – a lifestyle experience in the heart of Shoreditch. Every detail, from the restaurant menus and commissioned wallpapers to arrows and amenities, has been designed with both passion and a sense of fun.

    Boundary has won the European Hotel Design Awards’ Hotel of the Year award, as well as being chosen as Best New Hotel for Conde Nast Traveller’s ‘Hot List’.

    The £65million refurbishment and extension of a grade II listed Victorian hotel adjacent to Liverpool Street railway station in London to create 267 bedrooms and 6 restaurants and bars.  The hotel was subsequently sold to Hyatt and was re-launched as their first Andaz hotel in the world.
