The Slough Trading Estate, covering an area of over 500 acres, offers around 7 million ft2 of floor space with various uses including light industrial works, offices, retail and research and development facilities.

The proposed masterplan creates a new central core for the estate, including a public transport hub, along with retail spaces, hotels, leisure and conference facilities. The north and south sections of the site, currently separated by the railway, will be connected by a new bridge and tree lined road, and adjacent parkland will be incorporated in the scheme to create a new recreation and leisure destination.
