63 Compton Street, London

Status Completed 2014
Size 650m2

Located in the heart of Clerkenwell in London and sat between the Hat & Feathers and Clerkenwell Green conservation areas, 63 Compton Street is a new 4-storey apartment building replacing a disused electrical substation.

Four generously proportioned lateral apartments are created varying in size from 95sm to 120sm with the benefit of only one apartment per floor, each of the upper floors having its own private lift access.  The building is constructed in Janinhoff brick with an internal materials palette of exposed concrete, solid oak floors, Calacata Oro marble and two tones of warm grey paint to walls and joinery.
