We are working with Sterling Property Ventures and Milton Keynes Development Partnership to create a landmark mixed use development on the key B 3.3N site, situated on Midsummer Boulevard.
A tall building will provide essential ‘grade A’ office space. Located at the top of the building, a restaurant and public viewing gallery will offer unique views that reveal and celebrate the iconic gridded layout of Milton Keynes. A second high quality private rented sector building will also benefit from views across the city. The two buildings are separated by a public route connecting Midsummer Boulevard through to Grafton Park, which will be animated by active retail uses at ground floor level.
